Hotel Policies:

- The hotel is not responsible for lost items that are not kept in the safe. - In case of bringing in food and/or drinks from outside, there will be a charge of $150 MXN per person and/or bottle. - The hotel is not responsible for damage to cars or loss of items inside them. - Smoking is prohibited in the rooms. - The use of irons is not permitted in the rooms. - Any damage caused by the guest in the room or in the hotel will be covered by the guest. - The administration reserves the right to terminate the lodging contract if any of the above regulations are violated.
