Reservation Policies:
Rate based on double, triple or quadruple occupancy per room per night in national currency – MXN, rates plus 19% tax. Additional person fee applies, children are accepted sharing room in existing beds, children under 2 years old do not pay.
You must be of legal age to register at the Hotel as well as payment of the first night as a guarantee for reservation (payment in cash, transfer or card) VISA, MCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS credit cards, Transfers, Payment at Oxxo or cash deposit are accepted. Check in: 15:00 Check out: 12:30
The Hotel is not responsible for personal losses caused in the rooms. Smoking is prohibited in the rooms. Any damage caused by guests to the hotel property will be the responsibility of the guest. The management reserves the right to terminate the accommodation contract if any of the above regulations are violated.
Pool: Hours: 09:00 to 17:00, children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult, food or glass are not allowed in the pool area. Pool towels can be requested at reception. Depths: .50 meters, 1.50 meters and 2.50 meters.
Restaurant: Hours: 8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. If you have non-staying guests, please notify reception for a reservation. For groups of more than 8 people not staying at the hotel, prior reservation is required.
Common areas: It is recommended that children under 12 years old always be accompanied by an adult. If you require to use additional services such as ping pong table, picnic area, campfire, board games, etc., it is necessary to notify reception, some may have an additional price.
Our hotel is pet friendly, we ask our guests to keep their pets on a leash in common areas and always be accompanied, pets are not allowed in the pool, kitchen or closed restaurant area. Price per pet per night $ 260i) Guests with pets accept full responsibility for all property damage and / or personal injury resulting from their pet, and agree to indemnify and hold the hotel, managers, owners, operators and collaborators harmless from all liability and damage suffered as a result of the guest's pet. ii) Damages caused by the pet must be valued and assumed by the guest responsible for it, and will be charged to the room account. iii) Guests are responsible for picking up their pet's waste at the hotel.
